Please note that any items that are left behind at the security checkpoint of the International Terminal will not be handed over to AirAsia. Rather the airport authority will keep the items in their custody.

Also, any bags which is delayed for at least 7 days will be declared missing for domestic travel, and 14 days for international travel. In that case, to file a claim with AirAsia, passengers must submit the following documents –

• • Copy of guest bank book/statement

• • SWIFT/BCB/IBN code (for international transactions)

• • An authorization letter for 3rd party account.
