• For some reason, you fail to report the missing baggage at the airport, you have 21 days from the date of arrival to file a claim online.
• In case passengers need to purchase essential daily items like toiletries, briefs, vests, and medication, the airline offers compensation of 100 USD provided that the baggage delay is 24 hours or more.

Damage baggage – if you notice damage to your luggage, you must take it to the airline’s baggage executives at Icelandair Terminal Ísafjörður Airport. Once you report the matter, the airline will issue you a  Property Irregularity Report. You must keep this PIR number for future reference.
